This Sunday, at the beginning of Advent, we took time to hear from one another about the ways that we have experienced God in the midst of our "waiting." We heard testimony to God's faithfulness even in the midst of difficulty and to the hope that belongs to all those who are in Christ. We also took time to pray for those in our congregation and our friends who are passing through times of difficulty. During this season, we remember that God's light is breaking into the world!
